I have just placed an order through your shopping cart, how soon
can I expect to receive my items?
It is our policy that all orders ship in 24-48 hours, however
there is always the possibility that your order can be delayed
due to unforseen circumstances. If your order will not ship as
promised, we will email you immediately and provide a shipping
date.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We
accept most major credit cards, electronic check, funds transfer
and Paypal balance through Paypal.com using our shopping cart.
PLEASE
NOTE: PAYPAL HAS RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR POLICY -- YOU ARE NO
LONGER REQUIRED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SEND FUNDS.
When using the shopping cart, you will add your items and proceed
to checkout. At that time you will enter your email address,
payment and shipping information. Paypal will then give you the
OPTION of opening an account. (Using Paypal assists us in keeping
our costs down so that we may offer our quality items at prices
anyone can afford.)
In addition to accepting online payments, we will also gladly
accept checks, money orders and well-concealed cash. Simply print
your order using our order form , OR
LEGIBLY WRITE your order on a separate sheet of paper and forward
with payment to:

If mailing your order, please
provide a phone number or valid email address in addition to
your shipping information. There is a $30.00 fee for all checks
returned unpaid. No exceptions. If you are sending cash, DO SO
AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you send cash
via certified or registered mail. We will in no way be responsible
for cash payments which never arrive.

Do you have a catalog?
Yes. We do publish a catalog with our items, prices, order and
contact information. Our main catalogs are printed annually in
September with updates throughout the year. To request a catalog,
or to be added to our mailing list, please email

I would like to carry your items in my retail store. Do you offer
your items wholesale?
We do offer a wholesale discount to retailers. At this time,
our wholesale site is under construction. To receive wholesale
information write or email us for a catalog or with your order
with a price request. Minimum order, prepayment and merchant
verification restrictions apply.
Please email your order and preferred
method of shipment (if any) for a shipping quote.

Do you offer the sculpture unpainted?
We do offer all of our sculpture items unpainted. Please email for more information. In addition,we
are now offering ready to paint models .
There will be more models to come in the near future. Check back
often.

Your items are very inexpensive. I am concerned as to the quality
of the item I will receive.
When Buzz first began Buzz-works, it was his desire to offer
quality, original items that everyone could afford. We understand
that it is difficult to know the quality of an item, especially
items such as our sculpture, when shopping online. For those
of you with questions......
Each and every sculpture is a substantial and detailed work of
art; some weighing in excess of 3 pounds. Each and every sculpture
we carry is individually hand-crafted, hand-painted (where applicable)
and inspected for quality. Most of our sculpture is cast in Ultracal
30, a material much like plaster but more durable. Some items,
such as the Zombie Bust, Zombie Bust Model, Grave Zombie Model
Kit to name a few, are cast in Solid Resin. When an item is produced
in anything other than Ultracal 30, it is noted in the product
description.
When possible we provide images from multiple views and measurements
including profile height. If at any time you have questions about
an item, or would like to request additional images / measurements
from a particular view, please email us and we will make every
effort to accommodate your request.
**Note: Our sculpture is crafted for indoor use only. Direct
exposure to the elements will compromise an untreated item.
7.
I am purchasing items as a gift. Will you ship directly to the
recipient?
If requested, we will ship your order to a gift recipient. Please
note your request in your order.
8.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
We offer gift certificates in denominations of $10.00 and up
with your choice of mail or email delivery. Please contact
us for details.
9.
I am interested in purchasing one of your models and would like
it painted a particular color. Do you offer customized painting?
You may request custom painting on our sculpture via email. Detailed
custom painting is done by our Master Painter Ed Cole. The price
of this service will vary depending upon the item and painting
requested and is determined by Ed. For information, please email the item (s) you are requesting
painted, and the details of how you wish for your item to be
painted. Remember, the more detailed your request, the more expensive
your painting will be.
10.
For all customers: Quality and Customer Service are of the upmost
importance.
If you have placed an order and do not receive confirmation or
an email reply from us within 12 hours (online) or 7 days (mail
order) of placing your order, PLEASE CONTACT US.
We email every customer with confirmation of items ordered and
address immediately upon notification of the order. If you have
not received a reply in the time stated, we may not have received
the order.
